In this video we share some introductory thoughts concerning the context of the parable of the wedding feast. Mathew 25 is simply a continuation and parabolic illustration of the judgment and separation that Jesus had just prophesied in Mathew 24. As we shall see, this judgement/reward of Israel at the “coming of the bridegroom” takes place as the fulfillment of Yahweh’s promise to remarry Israel at the end of the Old Covenant age in AD70.
