The coming of the bridegroom for the wedding feast in Mathew 25 was the time of the rewarding of the saints (compare Mathew 25:10-12 with Luke 13:23-27). Revelation 11 places the time of the rewarding of the saints when access into the MHP (most holy place) was made available. According to the writer of Hebrews, access into the MHP would take place at the “time of reformation”, when the Old Covenant system ceased to be imposed upon Old Covenant Israel (Hebrews 9:1-10); this occurred at the removal of that system in AD70. Therefore, at the removal of the Old Covenant system, access into the MHP was made available, and the saints entered the presence of the Lord to feast at His table. This was fulfilled at the coming of the bridegroom in the first century.
