Have you ever wondered why Jesus’ disciples felt the need to “point out the temple buildings” to Him? (Mathew 24:1) Jesus had seen these buildings dozens of times, so what was their motivation to point them out again? The answer to this question is found in the previous chapter, and sets the context for chapter 24. I have not come across this teaching in any of the literature regarding this amazing prophecy.
