Mathew 24 – Part 44 – They will Say to the Mountains “Fall on Us”

In this video we further demonstrate that the great tribulation of 67-70AD was the covenantal judgment of Jehovah upon Old Covenant Israel for their violation of the Mosaic covenant. In those days of vengeance, Israel would say to the mountains, “fall on us, and to the hills, cover us” (Luke 21:20-23, 23:28-30, Hosea 10:8). The covenantal judgment of the northern kingdom of Israel by the Assyrian’s in 722BC was typological of the consummative judgment that came upon Israel and Jerusalem through the great tribulation in the first century. The great tribulation was the fulfillment of all things written concerning the final covenantal judgment of the ethnic nation of Israel.
