In this introductory video to Jesus’ words, “the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory”, we quote several highly respected scholars and theologians from the past 200 years who interpret these words to refer to the first century “coming” (parousia) of Jesus in judgment upon Old Covenant Israel and Jerusalem in AD70.
