In this video we demonstrate that Jesus, Peter, and Paul all prophesied the “parousia” (coming) of Jesus Christ in fulfillment of the Day of the Lord, and all used similar metaphorical language to communicate that event. The power of understanding the coming of the Son of Man in Mathew 24:30 as the Day of the Lord which was fulfilled in the first century, is that it forces us to place the fulfillment of all other “Day of the Lord prophesies” in the New Testament, in the first century also.
