This video illustrates the utter futility of believing in a future-to-us bodily resurrection of all people at a so-called end of time. Mathew 24, 1 Corinthians 15, and 1 Thessalonians 4 are all parallel texts, which all place the coming (parousia) of the Lord, with the trumpet, to gather the elect, in the lifetime of the apostolic generation. And Corinthians and Thessalonians are without a doubt “resurrection texts”. Therefore, unless Mathew 24 speaks of a different coming (parousia) of the Lord, with a different great trumpet, for another gathering of the elect, then Mathew 24:31 refers to the resurrection also.
