Response to a Jehovah’s Witness – Part 7

This is my final response to a Jehovah’s Witness friend of mine, who believes in a future “earthly” kingdom reign of Jesus Christ.
In this video I demonstrate conclusively that the prophecy of Isaiah 2 concerns the establishment of the kingdom of God in Israel’s “last days” (Isaiah 2:1-2). However, the New Testament is clear that the last days were the last days of the Old Covenant age which began with the ministry of Jesus and culminated in AD70, while some of Jesus’ contemporary generation was still alive (Hebrews 1:1-2, Hebrews 9:26, 1Corinthians 10:11)Mathew 24:3,14,34).
Therefore, the kingdom reign of Isaiah 2 was being established in the last days of the Old Covenant age, and was fully consummated when the Old Covenant kingdom (Judaism) was removed in the destruction of Jerusalem in AD70 (Luke 21:20-32).
