Throughout this short study we demonstrate that the parable of the sower and the parable of the tares of the field must be interpreted together as one continuous and progressive parable illustrating two connected phases of the harvest within Israel’s one indivisible eschaton; an eschaton that included the “battle of the seeds” climaxing in the ultimate demise of the devil and his angels [Matthew 25:41] and the rewarding of the prophets and the saints [Revelation 11:18], at the coming of the Son of Man with salvation at the end of Old Covenant age [Matthew 16:27-28, 24:30-34, Hebrews 9:28].
